Responsibilities:
- Sell our programs and services to current and prospective customers through means of phone calls and emails to explain services offered.
- Generate additional sales revenues by cross-selling to current customers.
- Answer questions to overcome resistance and objections, quote and estimate services, negotiating with prospects and customers.
- Accurate data entry of all customer information into CRM.
- Maintain payment at the time of sale standards.
