HVAC Parts Coordinator
The position of HVAC Parts Coordinator is under general supervision, performs a variety of warehouse duties that may include packing, pulling/checking customer orders, replenishment, shipping and material handling. In addition to transporting parts to technicians.
Job Responsibilities:
· Order parts and equipment from approved suppliers
· Pick up and transport parts to technicians
· Process and track warranties
· Receive, inspect, and load equipment
· Operate Forklift as needed to load/unload equipment
· Ability to drive forklift safely
· Maintain Inventory
· Maintain Warehouse and Forklift by following required maintenance and housekeeping
· Control damage of inventory
· Responsible for completing required paperwork
· Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· High School diploma or GED required.
· Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (including weekends).
· Working knowledge of Microsoft suite & SharePoint
· Forklift experience
· Must be able to use a computer, tablet, smart phone and read a map or follow GPS.
· Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and approved to drive by Company’s insurance carrier.
· Be able to multi-task.
· Be dependable and work well in a team environment.
