GUEST ROOM ATTENDANT

About The Role

As a Guest Room Attendant at Tuscaloosa Hospitality LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, ensuring that all amenities are stocked and functional, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in ensuring that our guests have a positive experience during their stay.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
• Ensure that all amenities, such as towels, toiletries, and linens, are stocked and functional
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to guest rooms to the appropriate personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly and courteously to any requests or concerns
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including proper handling of guest belongings and use of cleaning chemicals
