SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Express Bath is a veteran owned, family-owned and operated company with over 75 years of experience in the bath industry that started right here in the heart of Northern Alabama. We strive to deliver high-quality bathrooms with a great customer experience. We specialize in replacement showers, bathtubs and custom wall systems. Servicing North and Central Alabama (this position is for CENTRAL ALABAMA *BIRMINGHAM AREA*)
This position is an in-home sales representative, prior experience in in-home sales is strongly preferred. We set you up for success with pre-set appointments, an uncapped commission pay structure with base pay, training and a supportive sales team.
Report directly to the Sales Manager.

What we need from you:
- The ability to connect with anyone in any environment so you can successfully lead a customer through an in-home presentation, and closing the sale on site
- A competitive nature and desire to succeed
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Previous sales experience
- The ability to run 3 set appointment times each day Monday through Thursday and rotating weekends
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Attend training as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
