What are the responsibilities and job description for the District Manager position at Express Employee Management FL, LLC?

The District Manager will drive sales execution efforts with Express Stores. This leader will be accountable for realizing the full potential of the T-Mobile brand, ensuring that Express Stores employees are well trained on T-Mobile products & services, including the improvement of the customer experience. This position is critical building preference at retail by driving relationships & merchandising, increasing sales, and reducing selling expenses. It will have responsibility for managing the success of multiple Express Stores locations.

QUALIFICATIONS of a District Manager

  • Experience managing sales and operations at a multi-unit level
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • Business analysis skills along with in-depth retail experience
  • Strong focus on customer and quality
  • Excellent communications and influencing skills
  • High levels of energy and integrity
  • 3-5 years of sales and operational excellence
