Basic Function
Learning Presentation Design:
Project-focused design, managing assigned projects. Design, produce and update presentations and resources for live and virtual learning event sessions using adult learning methodologies that align with an instructional design process. Work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts to create effective, dynamic, and engaging learning presentations and learning solutions. Communicate information and data effectively with the use of integrating learning best practices such as graphical concepts, animated transitions, music, video, and charts/graphs/diagrams.
Training Material and Resource Design:
Create materials and handouts for live and virtual learning event sessions. Materials must be professional, be visually stimulating and support the learning session objectives. Additional various tasks to assist in the development of live learning sessions, such as the creation of roleplay or exercise materials, session learning games, facilitator guides, etc.
Pre-Event Production:
Coordinate orders promotional items. Package and ship live event session materials and promo items. Prepare live event materials for upload to the Express University website, including proper naming convention, removal of large graphic or A/V files.
Post-Event Administration:
Administer chatbot learning reinforcement program with various classes or learning events. Support the design and delivery of learning reinforcement campaigns, monitor usage, analyze usage reports and provide technical support of chatbot program.
Innovative Learning Research
Research and present innovative ways of learning. Including presentation, engagement, interaction, roleplay, reinforcement.
Typical Requirements
Strong computer skills required. Expert knowledge of PowerPoint with very strong creative learning design skills. Familiarity with design software preferred. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience working with graphics and other media files. Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills.
Decision-Making
Decision maker on assigned projects, including design approach, technology used, documentation and approach to the instructions and guides for presenters and coaches. Provides expert advice to leadership on best approaches for adult learning for specific projects and programs. Investigates and resolves problems with project materials, technology and functionality.
Specialized Skill or Technical Knowledge
