- File Management and Compliance: Ensuring all applicant and resident files are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations. This includes processing certifications (initial and annual), managing move-ins and move-outs, and verifying information in compliance systems.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the property management system, preparing reports, and tracking key performance indicators related to compliance.
- Verifying Information: Cross-referencing data with government websites or other relevant databases to verify information, such as income or assets.
- Tracking Compliance Deadlines: Maintaining a schedule of upcoming compliance deadlines and ensuring all required reports are submitted on time.
- Proficiency in Ms Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
