Job Description
- Pay rate $60,000 Salary
- Monday – Friday (weekends as needed)
- Full time | First shift
- Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and our PEO
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Manage employee schedules and attendance records
- Calculate and track employee production bonuses
- Support onboarding and employee communication
- Maintain financial data and prepare monthly reports
- Manage accounts payable and vendor communications
- File sales and tax reports
- Previous experience within an HR role is required
- Familiarity with payroll and accounting systems
- Bilingual in both Spanish and English required
- Recent and relevant work history in the last 6 months
