Position Overview

Are you a detail-oriented and driven individual with a strong background in accounting? Express Employment Professionals, Anaheim South, is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient financial processes for our clients in South Anaheim and the surrounding areas.

Job Duties:

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Accounts Receivable Clerk.- Managing collections
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and vendors professionally.
• High level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
