Pay: $17.20-$18.20
Location: Hybrid Must reside within 40 miles of Downtown Chicago
Schedule: Full-Time | Between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (shifts may vary)

Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Must live within 40 miles of Downtown Chicago
• Typing speed of at least 24 WPM
• Previous call center or phone-based customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and punctual

Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and service requests
• Enter accurate notes and information into the system
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center environment
