NOW HIRING - Foundry Operator

We are looking to hire Foundry Operators in the Bluffton, IN area. Pay is $22 an hour with 2nd Shift Available.

Responsibilities :

Load, melt, and transfer scrap and raw materials to achieve product chemistry
Transfer and cast molten metal to meet customers expectations
Monitor and adjust saws
Interact with other operators during the production cycle to ensure quality products are made
Lifting 50lbs
Comfortable working in a hot environment

Skills :

Proven working experience in relevant field

Ability to work independently and remain motivated

Prioritization and time management skills

Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail

Consistent work history
