Express Insurance Agency is looking for a full time, Customer service representative. You have a passion for helping others, and put that into practice by providing guidance to clients so that they have the right coverage to protect what matters most to them. You have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy the challenge of problem solving to ensure client retention. As a Licensed representative you bring your customer service experience and industry knowledge to build rapport with clients and carriers, and are committed to pursuing continuing education to stay on the forefront of industry trends.

Responsibilities
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Processing of Personal Lines Endorsements
- Assisting clients with policy changes, payments, and issuing insurance documentation as requested.
- Developing insurance quotes and shopping renewals.
- Responding to queries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements
- Intermediate technical and computer proficiency, with Windows based operating system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- SinglePoint rating experience a plus.
