Job Summary
Advise and get Authorization from customers on vehicle service needs. Create ROs for customers and communicate with the Technicians.

Responsibilities
- Promptly meets and greets customers
- Determines the nature of customer problems or maintenance request.
- Creates Repair Order Request (ROR) detailing service to be performed using our "best in class" Tools
- Obtains customer approval for added services.
- Reviews completed repairs or services performed with customers and collects payment
- Maintains cleanliness of showroom and re-stocks display as needed
Desired Qualifications
- High School graduate or comparable vocational training
- Knowledge of computerized sales and marketing software
- Knowledge of auto/truck tire, repair, and maintenance issues
- Experience using Automotive Point of Sale software
- Preferred Experience:
- 2 years experience in a retail environment, preferably auto/truck tire, lubrication and maintenance
- 3 years experience as a Service Advisor in an auto repair store, auto dealership or comparable professional environment.
