Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene.
- Meal prep or help with meals family can Thow in oven.
- Knowledge of gat belt and transferring.
- Cleaning, sweep and mop all floors, help with laundry and household cleaning.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and care provided.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs as required. (help with local appts only)
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Home Care Aide or in a similar caregiving role is preferred.
- Strong skills in patient observation and monitoring for changes in health status.
- Ability to assist clients with ADLs effectively and compassionately. keep helping with exercises after pt.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Basic first aid and cpr will offer class if needed
