Looking for a team member for our optical department. Must be a multi-tasker with a positive attitude. We welcome all skill levels, some optical preferred.
Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Looking for a team member for our optical department. Must be a multi-tasker with a positive attitude. We welcome all skill levels, some optical preferred.
Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Assisting patients and customers with the selection of frames, lenses and lens treatments
- Ordering lenses from the lab
- Filing insurance claims
- Final inspection of lab work prior to notifying patient that their order is ready
- Return and track returns for inventory purposes
- Process invoices for payment
Requirements:
Qualified candidates would ideally possess the following:
- Experience in the optical field
- Proficient communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- ABO certification preferred, but not necessary
