Oculoplastic Ophthalmologist position in Newark, DE

We’re seeking an oculoplastic ophthalmologist candidate for a fantastic opportunity with an established, successful group throughout DE. This surgeon will benefit from a large patient base that is currently referring out their plastics cases both functional / medical and cosmetic.
Consider joining this established practice with 16 doctors, both MD and OD, in an integrated practice model. The group has ample demand for comprehensive ophthalmology, cornea, anterior segment, cataracts and premium IOLs, LASIK and other refractive cases. A physician looking to have a mix of ocular plastics and anterior segment could also fit the position if desired. We have offices spanning from Dover down through Rehoboth Beach. This position is in one of our northern offices with flexibility in locations based on your desire.
We’re offering very attractive base compensation and excellent top-tier proven upside financial potential via quarterly incentive bonuses based on production and collections. Full benefits including health, vision, dental, matching 401k, paid CME, and paid relocation, are also provided.

Our practice is located in the Newark, DE Metropolitan area. Newark is a college town home to University of Delaware. The area offers an affordable cost of living, highly rated school systems, and a wonderful quality of life. As an item of added benefit, note that Delaware has no state income tax.
