What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optician/Customer Service Representative position at Eyesave Optical Laboratories?
Eye Save Optical Laboratories is looking for a full time Optician-Customer Service Representative in a family owned business with a retail dispensary and state of the art laboratory. Optical, Sales, and/or Customer Service Experience preferred, but not required. Training and advancement opportunities available in retail and lab. This position is for the person that thrives on utilizing a diversity of skills and interacting with people. We are looking for a hard-working, respectful, and self-motivated professional who can fulfill each patient and customer request in a timely manner and make decisions independently.
Job Responsibilities:
· Assists patients/customers with frame and lens selection.
· Provide measurements, fit, problem solving, and education about eyewear.
· Support customers, vendors, and accounts via phone, e-mail, social media, and messaging.
· Input patient information and orders into computer.
· Assist with Assembly, Shipping and Lab Production as needed.
· Maintain Sales Floor in Optical Dispensing Area (Clean and clutter free waiting area and work space; restocking frames, accessories, etc.)

· Optical, Sales, and/or Customer service preferred, but not required.
