You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, delivering excellent customer service, and optimizing product listings for maximum visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, messaging platforms, and other communication channels.
- Product Listings: Create, optimize, and manage product listings on platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and details.
- Photo Editing: Edit product photos using Photoshop or similar tools to meet platform guidelines and enhance visual appeal.
- Office Administration: Perform general office tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and maintaining organized records of sales and inventory.
- Content Writing: Craft compelling and engaging product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to identify and implement strategies for improving e-commerce performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Photoshop or similar photo-editing software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professional and customer-friendly tone.
- Experience in creating and managing e-commerce product listings.
