What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Rep position at EZ Pack?
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for all parts sales and customer service needs within their assigned region.
JOB DUTIES:
· Make outbound sales calls and communications to both new and current customers
· Build and form new partnerships with potential customers
· Maintain relationships with current customers
· Answer incoming customer calls and write sales orders
· Manage parts inventory at store location, as well as consignment inventories at customers locations
· Assist Regional Sales Representatives that are in the field with any order entry, inventory needs, or customer follow ups in order for the team to meet their collective sales goals
· Assist the Shipping Department with order fulfillment and shipping material replenishment
· Assist the Service Department with order entry and parts needs for work being performed in the Service Shop
· Complete various daily and monthly tasks associated with order invoicing and processing of necessary paperwork
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to grow existing, and build new, relationships with customers
· Detail oriented, follow up focused
· Microsoft Office experience
· ERP system experience preferred
· Previous auto parts or specialty truck sales experience preferred
· Able to lift 40lbs
· Driver’s license and impeccable driving record
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or GED-Associate’s Degree preferred
· Two years of sales and / or fulfillment experience
COMPENSATION: Salary and Commission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
