We have an opportunity in Chicago, IL for an experienced Project Manager with HVAC project success to plan, lead, and oversee complex, large-scale Tenant Improvement projects from inception to completion. As our company continues to expand, we want you to grow and develop with us!
About You:
- KNOWLEDGEABLE: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or relevant field or equivalent experience; in-depth industry and HVAC project management knowledge required
- EXPERIENCED: Extensive previous experience in HVAC large projects ($5 million) with demonstrated success
- A LEADER: Guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams
- A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
- ADAPTABLE: Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
- FLEXIBLE: Available as needed; able to travel to client sites

- PLAN & PREPARE: Oversee a specific project or a wide range of different projects from beginning to end
- PRIORITIZE: Control a variety of projects at different stages of work
- LEAD: Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams
- PERFORM: Effectively accomplish the scope of contracted work within allotted budget and time schedules
- SERVICE: Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members
