Our F45 family is looking for a fitness enthusiast that is interested in growing a presence for fitness and community around San Diego. We are looking for a superstar sales professional. Someone who has an unstoppable drive to grow multiple studios and feels comfortable making over 70 warm calls a day, a fitness lover, strong customer service skills, and an overall self-driven salesperson.
- Our Sales associate role at F45 is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for our studios; including membership sales/renewals, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service levels.
- As an F45 Sales and Marketing Executive, you will participate in the operation and success of a fast pace fitness studio, build strong relationships with F45 members, corporate businesses, and local businesses.
- Conduct face-to-face goal-oriented consultations with all trial members.
- Work collaboratively with the studio managers to manage the studio ensuring smooth and cohesive operations.
- Formulating partnerships with local businesses in order to generate leads
- Generate 10 new leads daily.
- Connect/call 70 warm leads daily.
- Attend all sales and training meetings
- Comfortable learning new Software (MBO, ClubOS)he essential functions.

Essential Skills and Characteristics:
- Best in class customer service skills
- Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required
- Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
- Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred
- Ability to work and function in an F45 Team environment
- Willingness and Flexibility to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed
Additional Requirements Include:
- Ability to take 1-2 F45 classes per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients.
Technological Know-How:
- At a minimum, basic use MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use
- Use of Mind-Body Online Software (desired)
Education and/or Experience Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CPR/AED Certified (preferred)
