The Assistant Studio Manager role will be instrumental in helping drive the critical activities at the studio - lead generation, membership conversion, with a natural knack for fostering a positive and encouraging fitness community. You’re a real team player who can also get in there and teach classes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of fitness sales experience.
- 2 years Group Fitness Training
- Confident in generating personal sales
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
- Ability to manage the studio team and drive membership revenue streams
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
- An affinity and passion for fitness.
- Solid writing and grammar skills.
- Highly organized, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.

DUTIES
- Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Run Group Fitness classes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
- Enforce studio policies and procedures
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Any other duties as assigned
