Responsibilities
- Lead F45’s HIIT group training classes
- Consistently provide an exceptional F45 premier fitness experience; welcoming members by name, motivating members, ensuring attention to all members during classes, and ensuring that members are performing exercises safely and correctly
- Promote an inclusive, welcoming, energetic and fun community environment
- Perform in-person, goal-oriented, fitness consultations with clients, using InBody and other resources
- Promote member engagement and retention
- Be a F45 brand ambassador inside and outside the studio, developing and nurturing a sense of community
- Participate in social media campaigns and member events
- Assist with effective daily operation of the studio: opening, closing, cleaning, and organization, etc.
- Reliable, passionate, positive, and hardworking motivator towards wanting to help improve the lives of others
- Must possess and maintain NCCA Accredited Fitness Certification of Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSA, ACSM, PTA Global, AFAA)
- Training Experience (1 years preferred)
- Must possess and maintain CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be comfortable with public speaking
- Physically able to complete F45 classes, to move heavy weights (50 pounds) safely, and able to be on your feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of workouts
- Willingness to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends)

Salary : $32 - $50
