Fabtronic Inc. is seeking an experienced Plastic Mold Injection Operator/Lead to join our team. As a Plastic Mold Injection Operator/Lead, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plastic injection molding machines and leading a team of operators to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
Responsibilities
- Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine or process issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Lead a team of operators, providing guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plastic mold injection operator
- Experience with operating and troubleshooting plastic injection molding machines
- Knowledge of mold setup and changeover procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Pay based on experience, work 4 day work weeks , health insurance. Usually 3 day weekends unless our work load is heavy
