Position Overview

As a Finishing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and overseeing the automated painting process to ensure precise and uniform application of paint on various surfaces. You will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality and meeting production targets while adhering to strict safety and environmental regulations Additionally, you will be expected to stay on top of preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring the equipment is properly maintained .

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the automatic painting machine for production runs, adjusting settings, and conducting system checks.
• Monitor the automated painting process to ensure consistent application of paint and adherence to quality standards.
• Perform regular inspections of painted surfaces to detect defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies in finish.
• Make necessary adjustments to the painting machine settings to optimize performance and maintain product quality.
• Troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions with the automatic painting equipment and perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings, as well as daily, weekly and monthly maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, minimize environmental impact, and ensure compliance with regulations.
