Marketing Intern

Are you a creative and driven individual passionate about marketing, beauty, and community engagement? FACE FOUNDRIÉ is looking for a proactive Marketing Intern to join our team and help shape the future of facial bar marketing at our Madison, WI location. This role will be primarily focused on influencer marketing and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Creation: Develop engaging content, capture in-store moments, and manage communication with our local audience across social platforms.
• Grassroots Marketing Support: Foster collaborations with local influencers and businesses to boost community involvement and drive brand awareness.
• Marketing Administration: Assist with daily promotional tasks, track engagement metrics, and report on insights to help refine our overall marketing strategy.
• Local Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and implement community events, including business partnerships, pop-ups, and local outreach initiatives.

• A natural social media savvy with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, organized mindset with the willingness to take initiative and explore different business aspects.
• A genuine enthusiasm for the beauty industry, marketing, and community building.
