What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Technician position at Facilities?
Cleans offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas as assigned.
Moves furniture before and after cleaning.
Cleans, dusts, mops, strips, and waxes floors.
Cleans or shampoos carpets.
Pressure washes outside areas.
Labels floor chemicals correctly.
Cleans, maintains, and stores equipment and PPE proficiently.
Keeps an inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties.
Reports maintenance issues to supervisor.
Assists with the hazardous waste collection as requested by the client.
Other duties as assigned.
Demonstrates a strong work ethic to function at a high level, independently while managing multiple projects.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, assertive, and a proven track record in exceeding objectives.
Must have an eye for detail
Knowledge of safety rules and regulations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work flexible hours
Spanish required
