Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a working Concrete Foreman located in Phoenix, AZ. The Concrete Foreman will oversee and manage daily concrete construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include supervising construction crews, operating heavy equipment, coordinating with project teams, and performing hands-on work involving carpentry, concrete pouring, and maintenance tasks. The Concrete Foreman will also ensure effective communication with team members and adherence to project specifications.
Qualifications
- 10 years in commercial concrete and trench restoration
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage construction teams
- Experience with Heavy Equipment operation for concrete projects
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders
- Knowledge and skills in Carpentry and concrete work
- Understanding of Maintenance practices for construction equipment and site upkeep
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Previous experience as a Concrete Foreman/Superintendent or in a similar role is preferred
