What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney - Special Education position at Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost LLP?

F3 Law provides legal support to the public schools that serve our children and communities. We have an opening for a Student Services and Special Education attorney in our Sacramento office who would like to build client relationships with K-12 schools and community colleges.

The incumbent would assist clients in the individualized education program process, present workshops, review and revise policies and procedures, and respond to state and federal compliance complaints and administrative due process hearings outside of the adversarial context of traditional litigation.

We seek a thoughtful attorney with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member of the State Bar of California.

Salary Range depending on practice experience $120,000 - $180,000.
