POSITION: Title I Tutor
LOCATION: Fairborn Intermediate School – 2-3 positions available dependent upon available funding
SALARY: $33.48/hour, up to 18 hours per week, Monday-Thursday

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have Valid Ohio Certificate/Licensure
- Highly qualified in areas of Reading and Mathematics.
- Experience with tutoring and small group instruction preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret student grades and assessment results.
- Ability to take assessment results and input from classroom teachers in preparing materials and activities for use in tutoring at risk students.
- Ability to gather, collate and distribute data based on student reading levels and skills.
- Willingness to communicate progress to parents and students.
- Love of students and true desire to see them be successful.
