- Kirkland Campus: 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.
- Everett Campus: 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center’s Pacific Campus.
- Monroe Campus: 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.
Fairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women’s-focused programs. With over 94 years of service, we are dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care. Details
- Manageable and Sustainable Caseload: Adult inpatient caseload consisting of 15-18 total encounters per day.
- Flexible Schedule: Generally, Monday-Friday, day shifts.
- Primary Duties: Initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges.
- Work-Life Balance: Occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only.
Please note: This position requires 3 years of previous PMHNP/APRN work experience (clinical rotations and preceptor hours are not included).
Benefits and Compensation
- Salary range: $140,000-$180,000
