Iron Steed H-D is currently looking for a Motorcycle Sales Associate that has a great attitude and is as excited about Harley-Davidson as we are! Major Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Welcome all customers to the dealership. Exceptional customer experiences are a must!
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect Harley Davidson motorcycle to fit their needs.
  • Managing customer transaction from start to finish ensuring a positive purchase experience.
  • Facilitating demo rides
  • Proactive follow up with potential customers/leads. Phone sales and follow up are required.
  • Appointment setting / follow through on confirmed dealership appointments.
  • Utilization / updating of Customer Relation Management system to manage workload on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • Sales experience required, Motorcycle Sales preferred.
  • Motorcycle license preferred, or a desire to ride.
  • Ability to move motorcycles around.
  • Must have ability to get along with broad customer base.
  • Strong communication / interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated and driven.
  • Strong computer and phone skills.
  • Ability to follow a structured sales process on value based selling.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Physical Demands

  • Must have the ability to stand and walk the sales floor for most of the day.
  • Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and move 850 lb motorcycles.

Working Conditions

  • Majority of work is conducted indoors; however, some outdoor booth sales are conducted periodically during open houses or other events.

  • Demonstrate professionalism in providing customer service.
  • Accept direction, follow instructions and work well with others.

EOE. All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Must have clean driving record. This is a full-time position with a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, and 401k.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
