*Job Summary* We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team and be the first point of contact for our hotel guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. *Duties* - Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services - Check guests in and out, process payments, and manage reservations - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations and providing local recommendations - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience *Requirements* - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (bilingual or multilingual) - Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures, is advantageous Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
