Your Role:
Facilitate fun, engaging, and therapeutic activities that promote well-being, relaxation, and joy
Support the Activity Director in assessing, selecting, planning, and executing activities tailored to residents’ interests and care plans
Prepare and distribute activity calendars and communication materials
Maintain positive relationships with residents and families while generating enthusiasm for participation
Document resident activities and complete other duties as assigned by management
Who We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of job-related experience (preferably in long-term care). Have other relevant experience? We want to hear from you!
Creative, enthusiastic, and reliable team player who enjoys working with seniors
Motivated self-starter who can inspire residents to engage
Passionate about contributing to a team that values individualized care and meaningful connection
