We are seeking a dedicated Experian Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation and integration of Experian Applications within the Epic EHR program. This position is crucial for ensuring effective coordination and communication among project stakeholders. The Project Manager will report directly to the EHR Program Management Office and play a vital role in enhancing healthcare operations through advanced technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the EHR Program Director, EHR PMO Manager, Application Manager, and other project managers to coordinate project activities.
- Take direction from the Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities (DSOHF) Revenue Operations Director and configure Revenue Cycle systems based on their specified requirements.
- Facilitate seamless communication between NCDHHS, the Office of the State Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Department of Information Technology, and the DIT/Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).
- Guide the implementation of the full Experian Health Products Suite, including Claim Source, Real-Time Eligibility, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Maintain the scope, schedule, and quality of the project, ensuring adherence to established methodologies.
- Serve as a liaison among organizational needs, third-party vendor staff, and Epic implementation staff to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans utilizing Microsoft Project and MS SharePoint to track progress and outcomes.
- Organize resources effectively within the organization and manage project risks and issues, ensuring appropriate resolutions are documented.
- Extensive expertise in EHR Revenue Cycle Billing, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Claims Processing (8 years required).
- Proven experience with Health IT Interoperability (5 years required).
- Familiarity with implementations of Experian Health, Change Healthcare, and Relay Health (5 years required).
- Proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Project and MS SharePoint.
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and analytical skills, along with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in EHR Revenue Cycle Billing, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Claims Processing.
- At least 5 years of experience with Health IT Interoperability.
- A background in implementing Experian Health, Change Healthcare, or Relay Health for a minimum of 5 years.
- Comprehensive knowledge of privacy regulations and CMS Inpatient Psychiatric Facility (IPF) PPS regulations.
