Fairview Health Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Comprehensive Weight Management practice in Edina, MN. Our program is an internationally recognized leader in the development of laparoscopic and open bariatric surgical procedures. Join a supportive team of 2 bariatric surgeons, 3 APPs, and additional ancillary support staff devoted to providing exceptional patient care. The Advanced Practice Provider will primarily work in an outpatient setting conducting outpatient visits with bariatric patients before and after surgery as well as new and return medical weight management patients.
- Location: M Health Fairview Southdale Comprehensive Weight Management Clinic in Edina, MN
- Full time: 1.0 FTE (Monday - Friday day hours)
- Call: No weekends, no call

Qualifications
- Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner training program.
- BC/BE with the AANP or ANNC.
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).
- 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.
