We at M Health Fairview are looking for a motivated, energetic individual to join our Patient Transport team at our University of Minnesota Medical Center East Bank Hospital in Minneapolis, MN.
About the position:
- 0.5 FTE (40 hours per pay period)
- evening shift (2:30pm-11:00pm)
- every other weekend (2:30pm-11:00pm)

Responsibilities Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Our patient transport team is responsible for:
- Transporting patients to and from locations throughout the University Campus to facilitate service and assure patient safety.
- Maintaining equipment and readiness to assure timely patient delivery.
- Demonstrating appropriate knowledge of safety protocols, infection control standards and emergency preparedness.
- Working with patients, families and all members of the medical team.
- Ensuring patient satisfaction by providing prompt and timely responses to all transport related tasks.
- Providing outstanding customer service to patients, families and all members of the medical team.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Current BLS certification
