Fairview Health Services is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Urgent Care Clinics. Join our growing practice seeing patients at our eleven urgent care locations in the Minneapolis-St Paul area and surrounding suburbs.
Practice Details:
- Join our team of 45 urgent care providers.
- Our Edina location is our primary need at this time, with the potential to float to additional sites.
- Patient encounters average 20-30 patients per day in a 10 hour shift.
- Opening(s): 1- flexible FTE from .6 to 1.0- Flexible schedule, working an average every third weekend (more weekend available if desired).
- No Call required.
- As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- BC/BE through NCCPA.
- Licensed or ability to obtain a PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).
*Additional Qualifications*
- At least 2 years of previous Urgent Care, Primary Care, ER, or Hospitalist experience as a Physician Assistant.

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
