Fairview Health Services is seeking an Internal Medicine/Pediatric physician to join our primary care practice at Fairview Clinics – Highland Park in St. Paul, MN. Fairview Clinics – Highland Park is a well-established clinic with a diverse and loyal patient population for which complete family medicine services are provided. Come see our brand-new, beautiful, Highland Bridge Development that opened in March 2023!
Practice Details:
- 13 provider primary care practice.
- Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
- Call Frequency: approximately 2 weeks per year - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage
- Openings: 1.0 FTE - Flexible schedule.
- As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics or residency training program.
- BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA.
- Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on a 1.0 FTE schedule. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
