Fairview St. John's Hospital located in Maplewood, MN is growing! We're looking for a dedicated RN to care for patients on our new Outpatient / Short Stay department. Are you ready to join our growing campus? We'd love to have you on the team!
This position will work 60 Hours every two weeks (0.8 FTE) on the Night shift and is benefit eligible. The RN will also work 12-hour shifts, work every third weekend.

- Deliver care to outpatients in a bed, observation and other short stay patients
- Multidisciplinary approach to care
- Care delivery team: Board Certified/Eligible physicians, RNs, Health Unit Coordinators, and Nursing Assistants
Responsibilities Job Description
The RN serves as the key leader of the interdependent team and is responsible to achieve patient and unit outcomes by coordinating the care for a group of patients. This includes: comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; identification of outcomes based on the needs' assessment; establishing the plan of care; monitoring the progress; and modification of the plan of care as needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Will Consider New Grads
- Associates Degree
- Minnesota RN License
- Basic Life Support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Acute Care experience
- BSN degree
