Sycamore of River Fallsis looking for a Resident Assistant / Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares and be trained to pass medications to improve and / or maintain the senior age residents’ physical and emotional well-being at our beautiful assisted living and memory care building in River Falls, WI.
- This casual caregiver schedule includes;
- On-call role to help with last minute or preplanned needs
- Day / evening / night shifts
- Weekends as needed

Opened Spring of 2023 , The Sycamore of River Falls is a growing, full-service senior living community with 84 apartments including 68 blended independent and assisted living and 16 memory care apartments in a secured neighborhood on first floor.
The apartment building consists of a variety of studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom units. The underground parking garage has 50 parking stalls, maintenance rooms, and residents’ storage area.

- Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to : bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers / lifts.
- Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
- May perform duties that include : laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
- Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.
- Assists with onboarding of new staff
Required Skills :
- Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
- Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population.
- CNA certificated if under 18.
Preferred Education / Experience / Skills :
- High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA
