Seniorr Administrative Assistant

M Health Fairview is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to act as a resource for operations supporting Administration and Nursing Administration.  The role supports the Directors of Nursing and nursing leaders at both Fairview Northland Medical Center and Fairview Lakes Medical Center.

This position is a 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) on the day shift and will be based out of Fairview Lakes Medical Center in Wyoming, MN.

There is flexibility to work four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days (with one of those five days from home).

We are searching for a strong candidate who:

• Provides coordination of written and verbal communication to support day to day operations including greeting and directing visitors, answering and managing telephone calls, developing presentations and reports, and making copies.
• Prepares agendas, notices, meeting materials, and minutes as well as provides support for AV, catering needs, and travel arrangements for meetings.
• Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and manages calendars for department staff including managers, directors, etc.
• Develops and implements office procedures to maintain systems and records, including preparing invoice for payments, locating and ordering repair/service requires, order supplies, and maintaining equipment.
• Key player in the onboarding of new frontline nursing personnel and management of ongoing learning and certification requirements for those roles.
• Assist other staff as needed to ensure no gaps in service to leadership team.

• 1-3 years of administrative office experience
• Microsoft office application proficient
• Health Care Administrative experience preferred
