Travelers WILL need to complete TWO fingerprintings : One is required ONSITE for facility requirements immediately, prior to start; The second is completed through agency

Unit specific skills checklist required. Must be updated annually
Additional Details
Government Issued Photo ID required
Criminal background check required prior to start of assignment
Required monthly on the 15th for EPLS / GSA / SAM and HHS / OIG
Two recent satisfactory pre-employment references required
Application must include 3 years prior work history including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to pending assignment
