PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA only, required for RRT-NICU)
State License : Ohio RRT License required
Minimum two years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to pending assignment.
Schedule Information
All RTO and scheduling requests need to be communicated during submission AND interview.
Unit Specific Information
Unit specific competency exam required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.
Additional Details
Must carry a valid government issued photo ID while on assignment.
Criminal background check required prior to start of assignment.
Two recent satisfactory pre-employment references required.
