The successful candidates must be friendly, organized, possess the ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors and fellow employees. Additionally, the successful candidate must have the ability to work with clients from designing a kitchen or bath to quoting and purchasing through install and customer follow up.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire sales process including prospecting, conducting client consultations, performing accurate on-site measurements, quoting and managing the full cycle ordering process from inception to completion and after service follow up
- Work with clients to create kitchen, bath and other cabinet space designs using 20/20 Design software
- Confirm all vendor purchases are accurate and fulfilled
- Responsible for meeting sales goals by creating leads and developing customer relationships
- Follow-up on all leads and existing quotes in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to work independently to achieve store location and departmental goals
- Must be confident and professional working with contractors, builders, and retail consumers
- Provide showroom coverage, as scheduled; availability to meet with clients through appointments
- Maintain showroom to ensure cleanliness, organization, and updated product displays
Qualifications & Experience
- Kitchen Designer experience (Required)
- Minimum 2 years 20/20 Design software experience (Required)
- PC – Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word & Excel
