Fairview Range is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team in Hibbing, MN. With imaging services at Fairview Range Medical Center and the Fairview Mesaba clinics, we serve patients in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings. We provide a vast array of imaging services including x-ray, CT, MRI, mammography, fluoroscopy, and pain management, as well as ultrasound and nuclear medicine.
The DI Technologist performs quality imaging procedures by applying ionizing radiation for an accurate diagnosis, and is responsible for patient flow, supplies, equipment management, and QC testing. This position provides quality patient care and customer service. The DI Technologist assumes responsibility for the Diagnostic Imaging Department when functioning as a sole technologist, and independently performs procedures in assigned specialty areas with on call responsibilities, where applicable. This position is full time, 72-80 hours per two weeks. Flexible schedule may include 12 and/or 8-hour Day/Evening shifts that includes rotating weekend shifts (expect periodic overnight call - with extremely low call-in rates). Note: Occasional filling in on night shift to cover vacations may be requested. Additional on-call time on weekends is typically attached as four-hour blocks to the beginning and/or end of a shift (not to exceed 16 hours total). Experience in Mammo, Dexa, MRI, or other modalities is a plus. Enjoy the flexibility to work in a multitude of modalities fitting your competencies. We also work with staff to offer training in areas of interest.
Starting hourly rate is $28.18! Credit for experience may also apply! Credit applies after successful probation period completion and is retroactive to your start date!
