Duties:
- Develop and implement program strategies and objectives in alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services
- Manage program budgets, including forecasting, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess community needs and develop program initiatives to address those needs
- Recruit, train, and supervise program staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor program outcomes and evaluate effectiveness through data analysis and reporting
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the behavioral health field
- Foster positive relationships with community partners, funders, and other stakeholders
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in the field of behavioral health
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related role
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing program finances
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of behavioral health programs and services
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the behavioral health field
