Our Member Service Representatives work inside our retail branch network helping members with anything they need including:
- Performing financial transactions
- Problem resolution
- Recommending financial solutions and strategies to improve their financial wellbeing
- Delivering exceptional, personalized customer service

Am I qualified?
This position requires the following education and experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year:
- Retail and/or sales experience performing against set goals/quotas
- Cash handling experience, including balancing cash drawers/tills or other related duties
- Customer service experience which required problem solving and decision making
