Job Overview:
We are seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks to support our projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Previous history in construction field
- Assist with setting up and preparing construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed
-Someone who pays attention to detail and does what is ask of him or her
-Follow through with work task given
-LOTS OF WALKING
-LABOR MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50LBS
-LABOR MUST BE ABLE TO CARRY A BACKPACK BLOWER AND USE A BLOWER AND WALK SEVERAL MILES A DAY
-Shovel work manual labor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge ready to work
-Willingness to work self motivated self driven pay attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
-REQUIRED CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with a backpack blower
-Experience with backpack blower blowing
- Knowledge of safety procedures on construction sites
- You must be able to do a lot of walking
-Must be able to carry and lift 50 lbs
-Must be willing to shovel (Lots of shoveling)
-Pays attention to detail
-You must be willing to clean up trash and help with construction clean up
-Be able to take commands and follow through with the completion of commands from the Team lead on the job site.
-Be able to follow instructions
-Be motivated to work (self driven and self motivation preferred )

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Home daily
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
