What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Falcon Family Eye Care?
Looking for a fun, energetic individual to work at our front desk. Must have great customer service and work well with a team. Will be cross trained in other areas of the office, including helping in optical.
Duties would include:
getting charts ready for next days appointments
checking insurances for benefits
checking patients in/out
answering phones, troubleshooting patient questions
scheduling appointments
helping price out glasses in optical
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
